- Discovery - this is a meeting to determine vision for the web site and goals for visitors. There may need to be several of these meetings.
- Keyword research - this is an involved process intended to discover the keywords that are most likely to attract visitors and meet the goals of the web site. Attention is paid to keyword popularity and competition. We try to identify related keywords where appropriate, and long tail keywords to find the niches that will lead to success as defined in visitor goals.
- Theme selection - care it taken to find a theme that fits company culture and conveys the image that you want to project. In addition, we try to ensure that the target visitor will find the web site experience that they expect and want, that they can find what they came for, and that they perform the action that is the intended goal.

- Analytics Account Setup and Configuration - Digifix sets up Google Analytics accounts for our web site clients and we embed the code so that you can track and understand your web site visitors. We also set up Google Webmaster Tools and Bing Webmaster Tools accounts.
- Site Submission - an important part of SEO is submission to directories. As part of the Digifix custom web site building process, we submit the new web site to the DMOZ directory. We also set up XML based site maps and submit them through the Google and Bing webmaster accounts, and include a link to the site map in the page footer.
- Training - we feel it is important for the new owner to understand that we have set up a friendly and usable system for them. At the very least, they should understand the potential of the system, so we give them a tour of their hosting account and their new content management system. We also direct them to some online tutorials for reference. We remain available for continued maintenance as needed, and have maintenance plans available.
- Backup system - to insure that disaster doesn't eliminate all the hard work of building a web site, each Digifix site has a built in backup system.
- Update system - is included in the CMS so that as updates to the system become available, they can be doployed quickly and easily.
- Continued Maintenance - plans are available for routine changes to the web site. Significant changes performed at a reduced labor rate for clients with maintenance contracts.
- SEO Services - getting to the top of the search engine results is a process that requires effort and time. Digifix can review your current targeted keyword list and SERP positions, track them, and perform backlinking efforts on your behalf. We employ only white hat methods of establishing quality back links to your web site, elevating it in the search engine results. We also establish free (and paid where appropriate) accounts with local search directories that are appropriate for your niche.
